Nine members of the Enabled Energy, Inc. team completed the coursework for a Data Center Energy Practitioner (DCEP) in January 2019.  Unlike other Data Center training offerings, the DCEP certificate is the only one issued under the US Department of Energy and the Federal Energy Management Program, in conjunction with a training program developed by Lawrence Berkley National Labs (LBNL).  The purpose of the DOE program and certification is to:

…raise the standards of those involved in energy assessments of data centers to accelerate energy savings in data centers. The Program is driven by the fact that significant knowledge, training, and skills are required to perform accurate energy assessments in data centers.”

Joe Staib explains that Enabled Energy has made it a priority that the members of their team maintains the DCEP certification.  We want to make sure that our clients know that the recommendations we provide to our clients are based on the best practices in the industry.  As a result of the recent training, every one of our technical support team has received one or more DCEP certifications. We continue to look for ways to make our services valuable to our clients and to continue providing award winning energy savings programs!
